摘  要:采用沉淀-浸渍法制备了固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2催化剂利用傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)技术进行了表征,研究了以未分离工业双戊烯为原料经一步催化合成异松油烯的工艺。固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2的优化制备条件为:H2SO4浓度1mol/L、浸泡时间12h、焙烧温度600℃。SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2催化工业双戊烯合成异松油烯的优化工艺为:催化剂用量5%(以工业双戊烯质量为基准)、温度110℃、时间4h,合成产物中异松油烯含量达33.398%。Solid superacid SO4^2-/ZrO2 was prepared by sedimentation-impregnation method and its properties were represented by infared spectroscopy of absorption(FT-IR)、X-ray diffraction(XRD)and search engine marketing(SEM)techniques.The optimized technology for the preparation of terpinolene from the original industrial grade dipentene catalysized by SO4^2-/ZrO2 is studied.The optimized technology for the preparation of SO4^2-/ZrO2 is obtined as follows:H2 SO4 concentration 1.0 mol/L,soaking time 12 hwith H2 SO4,baking temperature 600℃.The optimized technology for the preparation of terpinolene from the original industrial grade dipentene catalysized by SO4^2-/ZrO2 is obtined as follows:catalyst dosage 5%(based on the mass of industrial grade dipentene),reaction temperature 110 ℃,reaction time 4 h.The terpinolene content is up to 33.398% in the synthtic product under the optimized technology mentioned above.
