摘 要:为了提高某高速动能弹丸发射动力学仿真分析的准确性,考虑导轨的直线度误差、推进器与弹丸之间的柔性连接、滑块与弹丸和导轨之间的接触碰撞,基于非线性有限元理论,建立了发射系统的有限元分析模型,并进行了发射动力学仿真分析,得到了弹丸的受力情况,通过试验对比,验证了仿真结果的正确性。然后通过仿真分析得到了弹丸质量偏心距对弹丸横向过载的影响规律。In order to improve the precision of the launch dynamic simulation analysis of the high-speed kinetic energy projectile, the finite element model of the new launching system was established based on the nonlinear finite element theory, with the consideration of the straightness of the rails, the compliant connection between the projectile and propulsion, the contact-impact among the rails, projectile and propulsion. The launch dynamic analysis was done for obtaining the stress analysis of the projectile. The simulation results were validated by experimental data. Then, the relation between the mass eccentricity and lateral acceleration of the projectile was obtained by simulation analysis.
