摘　　要：北洋政府时期,主政新疆的杨增新对新疆的蒙古族政策随着形势的变化而变化,他既安抚蒙古族,对他们进行笼络和妥善安置,又在蒙古族内部以及蒙古族和其它民族之间进行制衡,维护了蒙古族区域及整个新疆的稳定,增强蒙古族对中国新疆省政府和国家的向心力。When Yang Zeng-Xin governed Xinjiang in 1920s, his policies on Xinjiang Mongolians was changing with the situations. He appeased the Mongolians by controlling and properly relocating them, and meanwhile balanced within the Mongolians and between the Mongolians and other ethnic groups, which helped maintain the stability in the Mongolian areas and in Xinjiang, and strengthen the Mongolians＇ identification with Xinjiang Government and China.
