摘  要:本文针对洁净钢冶炼条件下夹杂物变质处理技术,选择工业条件对比稀土处理与钙质处理的差异,借助金相显微镜、扫描电镜、以及力学性能测试技术,对比研究不同处理方式条件下,低碳微合金钢的组织和力学性能等。结果表明,在洁净钢冶炼条件下,稀土处理与钙质处理相比,有明显优势。稀土处理样品,钢中夹杂物尺寸细小弥散,夹杂物总量较低;珠光体组织减少,铁素体晶粒尺寸细化;此外,材料疲劳性能和冲击韧性优于钙质处理样品,特别是低温冲击韧性,影响更加显著。与之相比,钙质处理尽管同样具有变质夹杂物效果,但会增加大尺寸DS类夹杂物,夹杂物总量相对较多,影响冲击韧性和疲劳性能。The difference between rare earth treatment and calcium treatment was studied according to inclusion modification in the smelting process of clean steel under the industrial production conditions. The microstructure and mechanical properties of low carbon microalloy steel in different treatment process were studied with the aid of metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and mechanical properties testing technology. The result indicates that rare earth treatment has obvious advantages over calcium treatment under the condition of smelting clean steel. The rare earth treatment process is benefit for low number and little size of the inclusions in steel. The microstructure of pearlite is reduced and the grain size of ferrite is refined. In addition,the fatigue and impact toughness of steel are better than that of calcium treatment,especially at low temperature impact toughness. Although calcium addition in steel modifies the inclusions remarkably,it will increase large size of DS inclusions and the significant amount of inclusions which will affect the impact toughness and fatigue properties.
