摘 要:将经絮凝-厌氧-好氧-沉淀处理后的印染废水用活性炭和交换树脂进行吸附处理,然后用作为Lanasol CE染料羊绒染色介质。对自制匀染剂XPN、分散剂DM的用量进行了优化。结果表明,以回用废水为介质,在染料5%(omf),XPN 2%(omf),DM 0.3%(omf)时,羊绒纤维的上染率可达99.7%以上,固色率可达到85%以上,耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均为4级以上。The printing and dyeing wastewater treated by floccutation-anaerobic-aerobic-sedimentation is adsorbed by activated carbon and exchange resin, and then is used as medium for cashmere dye- ing with Lanasol CE. The concentrations of leveling agent XPN and dispersant DM are optimized. The results show that the dye uptake of cashmere fiber is over 99.7%, the fixation yield is over 85%, the color fastness to soaping and rubbing are all above Grade 4 with dye 5%(omf), XPN 2%(omf) and DM 0.3%(omf).
