摘　　要：针对锦氨针织染色织物耐汗渍色牢度差的问题,结合生产实际提出了改善方法。在满足客户需求色光的基础上尽量降低染料用量,加强染后水洗,采用阴离子固色剂DM-2539D,80℃固色20 min。固色后耐汗渍色牢度可达4级,无需二次固色。对于色牢度不达标的产品,采用先浸轧阴离子固色剂再浸轧阳离子固色剂的二次固色方式回修,可使耐汗渍色牢度满足要求。In view of the problem of poor color fastness to perspiration of nylon spandex warp knitted fabrics, the fixing process is optimized according to the production practice： reducing the amount of dyes on the basis of satisfying customers＇ needs, strengthening washing after dyeing, using fixing agent DM-2539D at 80℃ for 20 rain. The color fastness to perspiration can be Grade 4 after fixation once. For the products whose color fastness is not up to the standard, the twice fixing method with anionic fixing agent and cationic fixing agent separately is suggested, which can make the color fastness to perspiration meet the requirements of the national standard.
