摘 要:本文采用溶胶凝胶法制备了一种适用于可见光条件下的TiO_2/CNOs光催化剂。采用XRD、SEM、N_2吸脱附实验、FT-IR等多种表征手段对其形貌、结构及组成进行分析。通过对难生物降解的罗丹明B(RhB)作为模拟污染物进行降解来评价TiO_2/CNOs材料的光催化性能。研究结果表明:TiO_2/CNOs纳米复合材料在可见光下有较好的光催化活性,突破了宽带隙半导体氧化物只能吸收紫外光和光生电子空穴对易复合的难题,提高光催化材料的量子效率,为研制新型高效稳定的可见光催化材料开辟一条新途径。In this paper, TiO2/CNOs photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method. The morphology, structure and composition were analyzed by XRD, SEM, FT-IR and other characterization methods. The photocatalytic performance of TiO2/CNOs material was evaluated by degrading rhodamine B(RhB) which is difficult to biodegrade as a simulated pollutant. And the results show that the TiO2/CNOs nanocomposites had a good photocatalytic activity under visible light, break through the broadband gap semiconductor oxide can absorb ultraviolet light and electron hole for easy problem of composite, improve the quantum efficiency of photocatalytic materials, for the development of new high efficiency and stable visible light catalytic materials open up a new way.
