摘 要:目的:探讨红花、三七水煎剂对在体小鼠小肠平滑肌的推动作用。方法:取健康小鼠50只,随机分为新斯的明组、硫酸阿托品组、红花水煎剂组、三七水煎剂组、红花联合三七水煎剂组,每组各10只;新斯的明组小鼠灌胃0.002%新斯的明,硫酸阿托品组小鼠灌胃0.05%硫酸阿托品,红花水煎剂组小鼠灌胃6%红花水煎剂,三七水煎组小鼠灌胃6%三七水煎剂,红花联合三七水煎剂组小鼠灌胃6%红花联合三七水煎剂,灌药10分钟后对各组小鼠灌胃2%亚甲蓝,观察各组小鼠小肠推进率。结果:与硫酸阿托品组对比,其他组的小肠推进率显著增加(p<0.01);与新斯的明组对比,红花联合三七水煎剂组小肠推进率增加(p<0.05),红花水煎剂组、三七水煎剂组无明显差异(p>0.05);与红花联合三七水煎剂组相比,三七水煎剂组和红花煎剂组小肠推进率显著降低(p<0.01);红花水煎剂组与三七水煎剂组相比,小鼠小肠推进率无明显差异(p>0.05)。结论:红花、三七水煎剂具有促进小鼠小肠推进的作用;红花联合三七水煎剂对小鼠小肠的推动效果明显好于新斯的明。Objective: To observe the effect of saffron on the peristalsis of small intestinal smooth muscle in mice. Methods: 50 healthy mice were randomly divided into the group of neostigmine, the group of atropine sulfate, the group of safflower decoction, the group of sanqi decoction, the combination group of safflower decoction and sanqi decoction, each group of 10 mice. The group of neostigmine were given 0.002 % of neostigmine by gavage. The group of atropine sulfate were given 0.05 % of atropine sulfate by gavage. The group of safflower decoction were given 6 % of safflower decoction by gavage. The group of sanqi decoction were given 6 % of sanqi decoction by gavage. The combination group of safflower decoction and sanqi decoction were given 6 % of afflower decoction and sanqi decoction by gavage. All groups were given 2 % of methylene blue by gavage after ten minutes. Results: Compared with the group of atropine sulfate, the propulsion rate of methylene blue increased significantly in other groups(p 0.01), there was no significant difference in propulsive rate between in propulsive rate the group of safflower decoction and sanqi decoction(p0.05). Compared with the combination group of safflower decoction and sanqi decoction, the propulsion rates of methylene blue decreased significantly(p0.01). There was no significant difference in propulsive rate between safflower decoction and sanqi decoction(p0.05). Conclusion: Safflower decoction and sanqi decoction have the effect of promoting intestinal peristalsis in mice. The combination group of safflower decoction and sanqi decoction have a better effect on promoting intestinal peristalsis in mice than neostigmine.
