摘  要:开发了一种从废弃板栗壳高效提取棕色素的新方法,并对提取过程中溶剂种类、浸提时间、浸提温度等的影响进行了研究,最后确定出了从板栗壳中提取棕色素的较佳工艺条件为:以30%盐酸酒精溶液作为浸提剂,最佳操作条件是80度时萃取时间8小时,浸提率超过30%,远高于文献报道值。A new method for extracting brown pigment from abandoned chestnut shell was developed, and the effects of solvent type, extraction time and extraction temperature on the extraction process were studied. The optimum conditions of extracting brown pigment from chestnut shell were determined as follows: 30 % alcohol hydrochloric acid solution was used as extractant. The extraction time was 8 hours ang the temperature is at 80 ℃, extraction rate was more than 30 %, which was much higher than the reported value.
