摘 要:通过硫酸硝酸法(HJ/T 299-2007)和醋酸缓冲溶液法(HJ/T 300-2007)两种方法浸提,对生活垃圾焚烧飞灰中重金属浸出特性进行了实验研究。结果表明:相比于硫酸硝酸法,醋酸缓冲溶液法重金属提取效率明显较高,尤其是Pb。因为醋酸缓冲溶液法浸出液pH整体呈碱性,且与Pb的两性性质有关,在较强碱性环境下,其浸出有增加的趋势。生活垃圾焚烧飞灰潜在环境风险较大,在填埋处理及综合利用时应充分考虑其浸出特性,选择正确的浸出方法对飞灰处理及综合利用的重要性。sulphuric acid nitric acid method(HJ/T 300-2007) and Acetic acid buffer solution method(HJ/T 300-2007) were used to investigate heavy metal leaching characteristics of fly ash produced by municipal solid waste incineration. The results showed that the acetic acid buffer solution method has higher extraction efficiency of heavy metals compared with the sulfuric acid nitric acid method, especially Pb. Because the pH of the acetic acid buffer solution leaching solution is alkaline as a whole, and it is related to the amphoteric properties of Pb, the leaching of Pb has an increasing trend in the stronger alkaline environment. The potential environmental risk of MSW incineration fly ash is high, the leaching characteristics of MSWI fly ash should be fully considered in landfill treatment and comprehensive utilization, and the importance of proper leaching method for fly ash treatment and comprehensive utilization should be selected.
