摘  要:本文对某热电有限公司的石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫废水采用Fenton氧化、钙盐沉淀以及化学沉淀+重捕剂螯合分别去除废水中的COD、氟离子以及重金属,在实验研究的基础上进行了工程应用。实验研究表明,Fenton氧化中FeSO_4和H_2O_2的最佳投加量为0.8 g/L和2.5 g/L,同时投加3.0mg/L的DTCR能使脱硫废水Cd和Zn浓度降低到排放标准以下。工程实施表明,处理后脱硫废水出水水质中镉、砷、COD以及氟离子均能达到纳管要求。该工艺流程简单、效果稳定,运行成本低,是石灰石-石膏烟气脱硫废水处理的一种有效方法。In this paper, the waste water obtained by limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization of a thermoelectric co., Ltd. applied Fenton oxidation, calcium salt precipitation and chemical precipitation + recapture chelation to remove COD, fluoride ion and heavy metal in wastewater, respectively. Based on the experimental research, the engineering demonstration application was carried out. Studies have shown that the optimum dosage of FeSO_4 and H_2 O_2 in Fenton oxidation is 0.8 g/L and 2.5 g/L. Simultaneous addition of 3.0 mg/L DTCR can reduce the concentration of Cd and Zn in desulfurization wastewater below the emission standard. The project implementation shows that the concentration of cadmium, arsenic, COD and fluoride ions in the effluent quality of the treated desulfurization wastewater can meet the requirements of the emission standard. The process is simple, the effect is stable, and the operation cost is low, which is an effective method for the treatment of desulfurization wastewater.
