摘 要:通过小型复苏实验确定了补给水处理受有机物污染强碱阴树脂的最佳复苏方案,分析了复苏机制,并结合实际生产运行条件对树脂进行复苏。经复苏后,阴床出水水质得到改善、周期制水量增加、酸碱耗降低,取得了一定的社会效益和经济效益。In this paper, the optimal recovery scheme of the strongly basic anion exchange resins polluted by organic matter was determined through simulation experiment. And the mechanism of resin recovery was analyzed. In addition, the recovery of resins was carried out in the actual operating conditions. Result of practical application shows that the quality of outlet water from anion bed is improved after recovery treatment, the periodic water capacity increased. Thereby, the approach can increase cycle water production, reduce acid and alkali consumption, and enhance the economic efficiency in the operation of power plant.
