摘  要:污水处理厂是市政工程项目的能耗大户,其中鼓风曝气环节消耗的电量约占全厂的40%~70%。在满足工艺要求的前提下尽可能降低曝气量,是实现节能降耗的重要手段。本文论述了曝气精确分配与控制系统的重要性及其核心部分-空气调节阀的技术参数,特性比较等。Sewage treatment plant is a large energy consumer in municipal projects, in which the power consumed by the blast aeration link accounts for about 40 % to 70 % of the whole plant. To reduce the amount of aeration as much as possible under the premise of meeting the process requirements is an important means to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction. This article discusses the importance of the precise distribution and control system of aeration and its core part-the technical parameters, characteristics comparison, etc.
