摘  要:目的:了解郑州市某高校在校医学生面部螨虫感染率及相关因素。方法:采用透明胶纸粘贴法对在校医学生进行面部螨虫感染调查,同时进行问卷调查。结果:300名医学生中88人检出螨虫,感染率29.33%。毛囊蠕形螨感染率明显高于皮脂蠕形螨;混合性皮肤感染率较高;有面部皮肤疾病者蠕形螨感染率明显高于面部皮肤正常者;面部皮肤状态、皮肤性质及卫生习惯对感染率均有一定的影响。结论:蠕形螨感染在人群中较为普遍,毛囊蠕形螨高于皮脂蠕形螨。Objective: To understand the infection rate and related factors of facial mites in medical students in a university in Zhengzhou. Methods: A transparent adhesive tape paste method was used to investigate the facial mites infection of medical students in school, and a questionnaire survey was conducted. RESULTS: Aphids were detected in 88 of 300 medical students, with an infection rate of 29.33 %. The infection rate of follicular demodex was higher than that of sebaceous demodex; the infection rate of mixed skin is higher; the infection rate of demodex in facial skin diseases is higher than that in normal facial skin; Facial skin condition, skin properties and hygiene habits have a certain impact on infection rate.Conclusion: Demodex infection is more common in the population, and the follicular demodex are higher than the sebaceous glands.
