学校体育伤害法理依据探索与预警干预体系建设研究

摘　　要：现阶段频繁出现的学校学生体育伤害事故问题,不仅影响了学生的大学生活,更会给受害者家属带来极大的伤害,甚至会影响到学校正常教学工作的开展。面对这种情况,学校必须积极地探索体育伤害事故法理研究,逐步构建体育伤害事故处理预防机制,以防患于未然。以此为背景,以学校体育伤害事故法理依据为基础,对学校体育伤害事故预警干预体系建设做了重点介绍。The problem of frequent sports injury accidents in schools is not only to affect Students＇ college life which will bring great harm to the families of the victims and even to affect the normal teaching work of the school. Therefore,in the face of this situation,schools must actively explore the legal research of sports injury accident,The paper puts forward the emphasis on the construction of the school sports injury accident with early warning intervention system based on the legal basis of school sports injury accident,which is based on the background of the school sports injury accident.
