摘 要:因无接触变压器参数不一致,两接收模块并联的感应耦合电能传输(Inductively coupled power transfer,ICPT)系统会产生模块电流不均流问题。提出以副边半控整流桥电路代替副边不控整流桥电路,实现接收并联模块电流均流。推导两并联接收模块ICPT系统等效模型,并得到并联模块电流解析式,分析半控整流桥电路实现模块电流均流原理。在已研制的中速磁浮列车非接触供电系统实验装置上完成了实验,所提出的可控整流桥均流策略实现了接收模块并联均流,改善了系统运行。在输出电压220V、负载为6Ω时,实验装置输出功率8kW,均流控制前两并联接收模块电流幅值比为2.34,均流控制后两接收模块电流幅值相等,减少了由于电流不平衡造成的附加损耗。Due to the parameter inconsistency of the contactless transformer, current imbalance is unavoidably generated in the inductively coupled power transfer (ICPT) system with two parallel pickup modules. This paper presented a novel method to realize the current sharing of the parallel pickup modules with the semi-controlled rectifier bridge instead of the uncontrolled rectifier bridge in the secondary sides. The equivalent circuit model of the ICPT system with two parallel pickup modules was deduced and the current of the parallel modules was derived. Then the current balance principle of the semi-controlled rectifier bridge circuit was analyzed. The experiment was carried out on the prototype platform of the ICPT system for the medium-speed maglev train. And the proposed current-sharing method realizes the balance of parallel pickup modules' currents. When the output voltage is 220VDC and the load is 6f~, the output power is 8kW. The amplitude ratio of the two currents is 2.34 without control, and the amplitude of the two currents is almost equal when using the strategy. The experiment results show the correctness of the analysis method.
