摘  要:保利未来科技城北区项目为五塔连体的复杂超高层建筑工程,塔楼结构高度96.7~140.0m不等。该工程地下共4层,地上各栋塔楼采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系或者型钢混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,裙房采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系。地上五栋塔楼通过滑动连接形成三个相对独立的单体或者连体,其中A1-A2双塔连体、A3单体、A4-A5双塔连体均为超限高层结构。详细介绍了该项目的结构特点及设缝情况,以A1-A2双塔连体为例论述了结构体系、超限情况、抗震性能目标以及主要计算结果;同时研究了连接体竖向地震反应的计算方法。结果表明结构满足相应的性能目标要求。The north district project of Poly Future Science and Technology City is a complex super high-rise building with five towers connected. The height of towers ranges from 96.7 m to 140 m. The project has four floors underground. The upper towers are reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system or steel-reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system. The podium is reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure system. The five towers form three independent twin-tower unit or single-tower unit by sliding joints, of which A1-A2 twin-tower unit, A3 single-tower unit, A4-A5 twin-tower unit are all out-of-code high-rise structures. The structural characteristics and seismic joints were introduced in detail. The structure system, out-of-code conditions, seismic performance objectives and seismic calculation results were discussed by taking the A1-A2 twin-tower unit as an example. The calculation method of the vertical seismic response of the connection was studied. The results show that the structures meet the corresponding performance objective requirements.
