摘 要:首创丽泽金融商务区F02和F03地块的建筑是目前国内采用非岩石天然地基的最高建筑。目前,建筑高度达到200m时,其基础基本都采用桩基础形式,但桩基不是唯一选择。本工程的持力层为卵石层,在合理确定地基承载力的基础上,通过采用变刚度调平设计和地基基础协同设计方法,使本工程3栋高度分别达到200,150,120m的塔楼均采用了天然地基上的筏板基础。而且150,120m高的塔楼与5层高裙房之间取消了沉降后浇带。本工程的地基基础设计方法,可为类似工程提供参考。The buildings in F02 and F03 plots of Shou Chuang Lize Financial Business District are the highest buildings built on non-rock natural foundation in China. At present, pile foundation is commonly adopted when building height reaches 200 m, but pile foundation is not the only choice. The bearing stratum of this project was cobble stratum. On the basis of rationally determining the bearing capacity of the foundation, the raft foundation on the natural foundation was adopted in the three towers whose heights reach 200 m, 150 m and 120 m respectively by adopting variable stiffness leveling design and foundation cooperative design method. Moreover, the settlement post-cast strip was cancelled between the tower with 150 m and 120 m height and the 5-layer podium. The foundation design method of this project can provide reference for similar projects.
