摘 要:装配式轻钢结构具有自重轻、强度高、抗震性能好、施工速度快等诸多优点,但在实际工程中存在保温隔音性能差、敲击空鼓以及成套技术不成熟等缺点。为此,提出了轻钢聚苯颗粒泡沫混凝土组合墙体。设计了5片不同类型足尺轻钢聚苯颗粒泡沫混凝土组合墙体,对其进行低周往复加载试验。试验结果表明:组合墙体在层间位移角约为1/300时屈服,极限层间位移角可达到1/50;组合墙体的受剪承载力为无填充材料墙体的3.3倍,初始抗侧刚度为无填充材料墙体的4倍;有蒙皮的组合墙体受剪承载力比无蒙皮墙体提高43%,内外墙板能抑制聚苯颗粒泡沫混凝土开裂;通过对墙体的破坏模式、滞回性能、受剪承载力、延性、耗能能力和刚度退化等的分析,认为该组合墙体具有良好的抗震性能。The prefabricated light steel structure has many advantages such as lightweight, high strength, good seismic performance, and high construction speed. However, in implementation, there are shortcomings such as poor performance in heat preservation and sound insulation, poor surface layers bonding and immature complete set of technology. According to the above-mentioned problems, this paper proposes a new type of light steel structure system- light steel polystyrene foam concrete composite wall structure. Full-scale model tests were carried out on five wall panels under cyclic horizontal loading. The test results indicate that the composite walls yield when the inter-story drift angle is around 1/300 and the maximum inter-story drift angle reaches 1/50. The shear capacity of the composite wall is 3.3 times of the non-filling material wall, while the initial lateral stiffness of the composite wall is 4 times of the non-filling material wall. The shear capacity of the composite wall with skin increases by 43% than the composite wall without skin, and the internal and external wall panels can reduce polystyrene foam concrete cracking. The failure modes, hysteresis performance, shear resistance, ductility, energy dissipation and stiffness degradation of the wall were analyzed, which showed that the composite wall has good seismic performance.
