乌鲁木齐居民对城市生态文明建设认知度分析

摘　　要：生态文明是人类文明发展的新阶段,也是衡量当代社会文明进步的标志。文中选取"一带一路"沿线重要城市乌鲁木齐为研究区,采用纸质版和电子版形式开展了问卷调查,运用公众参与理论和统计学方法,探讨了乌鲁木齐居民对生态文明建设的认知程度、过程参与和有效表达。研究结果:1)居民对生态文明的认知度不高,表示非常了解和一般了解的受访者分别为19.04%、42.57%;2)性别、年龄、教育程度及学术背景对居民生态文明认知度有一定影响,民族及收入对生态文明认知度的影响较弱;3)城市绿色基础设施及政府对环境信息的透明度对当地居民生态文明认知度及参与度影响显著;4)61.2%的受访者认为个人是生态文明建设的主体,生态文明建设可从个人作为切入点,协调地区人文与生态环境耦合发展,提高城市生态文明建设水平。Ecological civilization is a new stage in the development of human civilization and also a measurable symbol of progress in the modern social civilization. This research selects Urumqi,the important city in ＂ the Belt and Road＂,as the research area. Print and electronic forms have been conducted for questionnaire survey,and applying public participation theory and statistical methods to investigate the residents＇ cognition degree,process participation and effective expression of ecological civilization construction in Urumqi. The results of the survey show that：（ 1） The public cognition of ecological civilization construction is not high,and the percentage of respondents with a good understanding and general understanding is only 19. 04% and 42. 57% respectively.（ 2）Respondent＇s personal characteristics have certain effects on the cognition of ecological civilization,such as gender,age,educational level and academic background. The respondents＇ ethnicity and income are insignificant in comparison.（ 3） The urban green infrastructure and transparency of government environmental information are conducive to enhance their understanding and participation in ecological civilization construction.（ 4） 61. 2% of respondents have strong consciousness of ecological civilization construction,so individual participation should be encouraged and advocated in the urban ecological civilization construction for harmonizing the relationship between humanities and ecological environment to enhance the level of urban ecological civilization.
