复方皂矾丸联合地西他滨治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨复方皂矾丸联合地西他滨治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的效果。方法：骨髓增生异常综合征患者72例,按随机数表法分为两组,各36例。对照组采用地西他滨治疗,观察组给予复方皂矾丸联合地西他滨治疗。比较两组血常规检查结果、炎性因子、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）水平、疗效及不良反应情况。结果：治疗16周,观察组血红蛋白（Hb）、白细胞计数（WBC）、中性粒细胞（PMN）及血小板计数（PLT）水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗16周,观察组白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、干扰素-γ（IFN-γ）、VEGF水平均低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗总缓解率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：复方皂矾丸联合地西他滨治疗可有效降低骨髓增生异常综合征患者炎性因子水平,提高PLT、PMN等指标水平,减少不良反应发生,提高治疗效果。Objective：To explore the effect of Compound Zaofan Pill combined with Decitabine for myelodysplastic syndromes.Methods：A total of 72 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Decitabine, and the observation group received Compound Zaofan Pill combined with Decitabine. Blood test results, inflammatory factors, vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） levels, efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results：The levels of hemoglobin（Hb）, white blood cell count（WBC）, polymorphonuclear（PMN） and PLT（platelet count） in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after 16 weeks treatment（P〈0.05）. The levels of interleukin-6（IL-6）, tumor necrosis factor（TNF-α）, interferon-γ（IFN-γ） and VEGF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 16 weeks. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total remission rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Compound Zaofan Pill combined with Decitabine can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory cytokines of patients with myelodysplastic syndrome, improve the levels of PLT and PMN, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the therapeutic effect.
