环保阻燃剂改性SBS防水卷材的性能研究

摘　　要：分别以环保无卤阻燃剂KFR-01A和环保低卤阻燃剂KHR03A对SBS改性沥青防水卷材进行阻燃改性,制备了阻燃型SBS改性沥青防水卷材,研究了阻燃剂添加量对防水卷材阻燃性能的影响,并考察了防水卷材的综合性能。结果表明:当上述两种阻燃剂的添加量为30%时,制得的阻燃型SBS改性沥青防水卷材的阻燃效果均良好,且阻燃改性后防水卷材的综合性能指标均能满足国家标准的要求。A fire retardant SBS modified waterproofing membrane was prepared with environmentally friendly halogen-free fire retardant KFR-01A and environmentally friendly low halogen fire retardant KHR03A separately for modification. The influence of fire retardant quantity added on fire resistance of the membrane was studied and comprehensive properties invested. The resuhs show that when fire retardant quantity added of both reaches 30%, fire resistance of SBS modified waterproofing membrane are good and comprehensive properties up to requirements of the national standard.
