摘 要:高压水射流除锈技术具有除锈质量好、效率高、对环境友好、操作安全、适应能力强、成本低、对基体无损伤、节约水资源等特点而越来越受到人们的重视。简要介绍了水射流技术的发展概况,综述了连续水射流、脉冲水射流、磨料水射流和空化水射流在除锈方面的理论成果与应用现状,分析了各自的特点,并对高压水射流除锈技术的发展方向进行了展望。More and more attention has been paid to the high-pressure water jet rust removal method because of its advantages such as good rust removal quality, high efficiency, going green safe operation, wide application, low cost, no damage to the substrate and water saving. In this paper, the development of water jet technology was briefly introduced. The theoretical achievements and application status of continuous water jet, pulsed water jet, abrasive water jet and cavitation water jet in rust removal were reviewed. Their respective characteristics were analyzed and the development direction of high-pressure water jet rust removal technology was prospected.
