摘 要:研究了基于声振法检测水泥混凝土路面板不同脱空状态动力响应。针对水泥混凝土路面板不同脱空状态,采用试验和数值仿真相结合的方法,通过传感器采集和分析室内试验中不同脱空状态水泥混凝土路面多块板的应变和加速度,由此建立水泥混凝土路面板不同脱空状态有限元模型,对路面板进行数值仿真分析。结果表明:脱空路面板的板顶最大加速度和最大应变均大于非脱空路面板;对边同时脱空的板顶最大加速度和最大应变值明显大于其它脱空状态,且对边同时脱空状态下的路面板振动最大振幅对应的频率最小;不同脱空状态试验解与数值解对比表明数值解是可行的,二者互相验证。Different dynamic responses of void states were studied by checking cement concrete pavement based on acoustic vibration method. According to different void states of cement concrete pavement, the combining method of experiment and numerical simulation was used to collect and analyze the strain and acceleration of cement concrete pavement multi-block board with different void states in indoor experiment. Thus, the finite element model of cement concrete pavement plate was established to analyze the numerical simulation results on the pavement plate. The results show that the top plate maximum acceleration and maximum strain of void pavement plate are larger than those of non-void pavement plate. The top plate maximum acceleration and maximum strain of the simultaneous void of the opposite sides is significantly larger than those of other void states, and the frequency of the maximum vibration amplitude of pavement plate vibration is the minimum under the same time void of the opposite side. The numerical solutions are proved to be feasible by the comparison between the experimental solutions and numerical solutions, so as to make the mutual verification available.
