摘 要:变速箱用圆锥齿轮齿面结构复杂,传统的机械加工方式生产效率低。而精密模锻生产效率高、成形质量好,能满足变速箱用圆锥齿轮的要求。本文针对某型号变速箱用圆锥齿轮,分析了精密模锻工艺过程中的速度场和应力场的分布情况,并对比了不同坯料尺寸和预制坯尺寸对模具结构的影响,获取了最佳的尺寸。结果表明:随着坯料直径D和预制坯下端直径D2的增加,模具承受的载荷均先下降后上升。Because of complicate tooth surface structure of the bevel gear for gearbox, the production efficiency of traditional machining methods is low. And the production efficiency of precision die forging is high, the forming quality is good, and the requirement of the bevel gear for the gearbox can be satisfied. Aiming at the bevel gear of a type of gearbox, the distribution of velocity field and stress field in precision die forging process were analyzed. The influence of the different blank size and the size of preforging blank on the structure of the die was compared. The optimal sizes were obtained. The results show that with the increase of the diameter of the billet D and the diameter of the lower end of the preforging blank D2,the load of the die firstly descends and then rises.
