摘  要:运用有限元和分流原理对某齿轮坯的预锻和终锻的模具进行了优化。主要优化了上模的凸环和下模的凸台,并对结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,优化后改变了金属原来的填充顺序,降低了成形载荷,有效提高了模具寿命;预成形和终成形模具匹配较好,锻件没有明显折叠和充不满等缺陷。最后,用优化的预锻上模和下模进行了生产试制,锻件成形质量良好。The dies of pre-forging and finish-forging of a gear billet were optimized by using finite element and shunt principle. The convex ring of the upper die and the convex platform of the lower die were optimized, and the results were compared and analyzed. The results show that after optimization, the original filling sequence of the metal is changed, the forming load is reduced, and the die life is effectively increased. Pre-forming and final forming dies match well, forgings have no obvious folding and insufficient filling defects. Finally, trial production was carried out by using the upper die and lower die punch. The forming quality of forgings is good.
