摘  要:研究了埋弧焊焊接热输入对海洋工程用钢EQ56焊缝组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,热输入在2.0-4.1 kJ/mm时,焊缝组织均以针状铁素体为主,还有少量的先共析铁素体和侧板条铁素体。随着热输入增大,针状铁素体含量下降,先共析铁素体和侧板条铁素体含量增加,接头的屈服强度和抗拉强度增大,伸长率下降,焊缝冲击韧性下降。冲击断口形貌均是以准解理为主的混合断裂,热输入越小,微小孔洞越多,韧性越好。The effect of heat input of submerged arc welding on the microstructure and mechanical properties of EQ56 marine steel weld metal was investigated. The results show that when the heat input is 2.0-4.1 kJ/mm, the weld microstructure is mainly acicular ferrite, containing a small amount of primary ferrite and ferrite side-plate. With the increase of heat input,the content of acicular ferrite decreases, while the content of primary ferrite and ferrite side-plate increases, the yield strength and tensile strength of the joint increase, the elongation and impact toughness decrease. The impact fracture morphology is mixed fracture with quasi-cleavage as the main type. The smaller the heat input is, the more the small hole is, the better the toughness is.
