摘　　要：为了提高环锭细纱机钢领板升降蜗轮箱中蜗杆的制造质量和生产效率，采取Y38型滚齿机切向进给刀架和安装在工作台心轴上的插齿刀加工蜗杆的工艺，以实例详细分析其加工原理。指出：插齿刀刀刃与刀轴蜗杆要安装在同一个水平线上，对准蜗杆中心，使加工后的蜗杆螺旋线为阿基米德螺旋线；多齿切削的插齿刀生产效率较高，插齿刀与蜗杆啮合加工，展成齿形精度高、表面粗糙度Ra值小。In order to improve the manufacturing quality and production efficiency of the worm in the worm gear case for ring plate lifting of ring spinning frame, the cutting feed frame of Y38 type hobbing machine and the gear cutter mounted on the worktable mandrel are adopted to process the worm, and the principle of machining is analyzed in detail with an example. It is pointed out that the blade of gear shaper cutter should be installed on the same horizontal line of worm of cutter shaft and aligned with the center of worm, so that the spiral of worm after processing is archimedes spiral.The production efficiency of the gear shaper cutter with multi-tooth cutting is higher, the gear shaper cutter meshes with worm, the tooth form precision is high and the surface roughness Ra value is small.
