摘　　要：策展人制度是欧美发达国家博物馆普遍采用的一种机构运作模式。西方博物馆先进的理念和做法为中国博物馆带来了很多有益的指引,但由于中外国情、体制机制和发展根基等方面差异,中国博物馆难以照搬西方策展人制度。如何在现有体制下最大化地吸收、转化并发挥该制度优势,是中国博物馆人正在思考的问题和探索的方向。The curator-oriented exhibition system is a practice widely adopted in European and American museums. While advanced ideas and practices of western museums are beneficial to Chinese museums, it is impossible to copy the western system given the differences in national situation, institutional mechanism, and historical development of museums between China and the west. How to absorb, transform, and utilize the curator-oriented exhibition system in a maximized way needs to be further studied and explored by Chinese museums community.
