2017年青岛市李沦区重点职业病危害因素及其接触者监测分析

摘　　要：目的分析李沧区2017年重点职业病监测数据,为政府制定职业病防治策略提供科学依据。方法收集重点职业病危害因素申报信息、职业健康检查及职业病病人工伤保险待遇落实资料,对收集数据进行汇总和分析。结果李沧区存在重点职业病危害因素企业共225家,职业病危害风险分类为严重的企业62家(占27.56%)。接触人数共9 138人,其中噪声接触人数5 827人(占63.77%)。重点职业病危害因素监测噪声岗位超标率15.33%(69/450),铅作业岗位超标率100%(3/3)。辖区共报告新发职业病病例40例。结论噪声仍然是李沧区最主要的职业病危害因素,职业病发病以职业性耳鼻喉口腔疾病类为主。Objective To analyze the monitoring results of major occupational diseases in Licang district,so as to provide scientific basis for occupational diseases prevention and control. Methods Informations from the declaration of the major occupational hazards,occupational health examination,and the implementation of occupational injury insurance for occupational disease patients were collected and analyzed. Results A total of 225 enterprises with major occupational factors in Licang district,and 62 enterprises were classified as serious risks in terms of occupationa l risk levels（27.56%）.There were 9 138 workers exposed to major occupational factors,of whom 5 827（63.77 %）exposed to noise.The exceeding standard rate of noise and lead was 15.33%（69/450）and 100%（3/3）respectively in the monitoring of major occupational risk factors.A total of 40 cases of new occupational diseases were reported in 2017. Conclusion Noise is still the main occupational risk factor in Licang district,and the main category of occupational diseases is occupational ear,nose,throat and oral diseases.
