摘 要:基于红外热成像技术,对煤同一平面上的不同区域进行了吸附/解吸过程的红外观察,并对相关数据进行了插值计算和分析。研究表明:贫煤比无烟煤有较快的升温速率和较大的升温量。吸附过程符合指数函数关系,解吸过程符合对数函数关系;大尺度下,煤样表面的不同区域在吸附过程中升温量不同。升温量大的区域,其吸附瓦斯的量也相对较多;提出了"相关系数"ξ的概念,即:ξ=V_b/T_b,将吸附量V_b与温度变化量T_b进行关联,可以以此来评估某地区煤层气工业抽采的可行性。Based on infrared thermal imaging method, the infrared viewing of gas adsorption/desorption process of the coal samples from different regions of the same flat surface was observed. The interpolation was used to analyze the relevant data. The research showed that the lean coal of this paper has a faster heating rate and a greater heating capacity compared with anthracite. The adsorption process accords with exponential function, while the process of desorption accords with logarithmic function. Under large scale, different regions of the coal samples have different heating temperature in the adsorption process. The amount of adsorbed gas is relatively high in the region with a high temperature rise. The concept of "correlation coefficient"is suggested, which is ξ=Vb/Tb. The amount of adsorption could be correlated with the change of temperature by this concept, then the feasibility of coalbed methane extraction in a certain area could be evaluated.
