摘 要:以锦界煤矿31406综采工作面为背景,对低氧气体的来源进行分析,并结合现场实际情况对工作面回风隅角氧气浓度降低原因进行研究。结果表明:造成工作面低氧的原因是工作面处于N_2-CO_2带,其次采空区遗煤低温氧化形成高氮低氧环境,在工作面负压"U"型通风条件下,大量低氧气体通过漏风通道由采空区涌向回风隅角。提出可以通过采空区封堵漏风、提高密闭施工强度、工作面三角区退锚和加强监测监控等综合防治技术措施,确保工作面回风隅角氧气浓度处于正常水平。In this paper, the source of low oxygen gas is analyzed with the background of 31406 working face of Jinjie Coal Mine,and the reasons for the decrease of oxygen concentration in the return air corner of the working face are studied. Results show that the cause of the working face with low oxygen is that the working face is in N2-CO2 zone; second, the low-temperature oxidation of the residual coal in the goaf leads to the high nitrogen and low oxygen content environment, and a large amount of low-oxygen gas flows through the air leakage channels from the goaf to the return air corner under the condition of negative pressure"U"type ventilation of the working face. Comprehensive prevention and control measures, such as plugging air leakage in goaf, enhancing intensity of airtight construction, removing anchor in triangular area of working face and strengthening monitoring and monitoring,are proposed to ensure the normal oxygen concentration of the working face at the return corner.
