摘 要:为预防特别重大瓦斯爆炸事故,统计分析了2000—2017年49起特别重大瓦斯爆炸事故损失情况及发生规律;基于事故致因"2-4"模型理论发现242次不安全动作,其中违章动作232次,把违章动作分为7大类进行统计分析,同时分析不安全物态,得到不安全物态由不安全动作产生;得出特别重大瓦斯爆炸事故预防策略,确定了瓦斯爆炸安全培训基本知识,提出了事故案例培训和问卷培训2种培训方法。In order to prevent particularly serious gas explosion accidents, the loss and occurrence laws of 49 major gas explosion accidents from 2000 to 2017 are statistically analyzed. Based on the accident cause "2-4"model theory, 242 unsafe actions are found, of which 232 are illegal actions, the illegal action is divided into seven categories for statistical analysis. At the same time,the unsafe state is analyzed, and the unsafe state is generated by the unsafe action. The prevention strategy of gas explosion accident is obtained, the basic knowledge of gas explosion safety training is determined, and two training methods of accident case training and questionnaire training are proposed.
