摘 要:介绍了我公司开发生产高等级钎具中空钢的情况,通过充分识别客户技术要求、产品加工工艺及产品特点,并结合最终产品使用过程中的疲劳失效原因,设计了合适的内控化学成分,合适的冶炼和轧制生产工艺路线,并采取有效工艺措施,对生产过程中出现的问题进行工艺优化改进,批量生产后的ZK55SiMnMo产品成分均匀稳定,非金属夹杂物、全氧及气体含量低,表面质量好,综合性能稳定,通过用户加工后进行疲劳寿命检验,产品性能达到高等级钎具中空钢的使用要求,使用情况较好。This paper introduces the development and production of high-grade hollow drill steel in Xiangtan Steel. By fully identifying the customer's technical requirements, product processing technology and product characteristics, and combining the fatigue failure causes in the final product usage process, we designed appropriate chemical composition for internal control, suitable smelting and rolling production process routes, and adopted effective technological measures to solve and optimize the problems in the production process. Thus in batch production, the ZK55SiMnMo product components are uniform and stable, and the non-metallic inclusions, total oxygen and gas content are low. The surface quality is good, the comprehensive performance is stable. Through the fatigue life test after user processing, we found that product performance meets the use requirement for high-grade hollow drill steel and usage is good.
