痰液性状和保存条件对结核菌培养阳性率的影响评价

摘　　要：目的观察痰液性状与保存条件对于结核菌培养阳性率所产生的影响。方法选出878份结核菌培养成果,比照不一致性状与不一致保存条件之中的痰液样品结核菌培养阳性率。结果不一致性状的痰液样品阳性率具备极大的差别,而阳性率最大的即干酪样痰;总共204份在不一致保存条件之中的痰液培养成果具备极大的差别,保存耗时与温度都与阳性率凸显为负向的关联性,P<0.05。结论痰液性状与保存条件对于结核菌培养阳性率具备极大的影响,在施行痰液结核菌培养试验期间,要选出恰当的痰液,并处于恰当的温度之中短期予以保存。Objective To observe the effects of the sputum characteristics and preservation conditions on the positive rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Methods 878 Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture results were selected, and the positive rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the sputum samples was compared with the non consistent and inconsistent preservation conditions. Results the positive rate of sputum samples is not consistent with the characters of great difference, and the positive rate is the largest caseous sputum; a total of 204 copies in the inconsistent preservation conditions among sputum culture results have great difference, time and temperature are saved and the positive rate of prominent negative correlation, P 0.05. Conclusion sputum characteristics and preservation conditions have a great impact on the positive rate of TB culture. During sputum tuberculous culture test, we should select the appropriate sputum and keep it at a suitable temperature for a short time.
