摘  要:β-防御素是哺乳动物体内一种重要的抗菌肽,广泛分布于黏膜上皮细胞和中性粒细胞中,在先天性免疫和获得性免疫中具有重要作用。近年来,β-防御素(beta-defensin,DB)被发现在哺乳动物雄性生殖系统中广泛表达,并参与对抗生殖系统微生物的感染,维持附睾上皮、附睾腔内的环境稳定,发挥抑菌抗炎的作用,同时与精子结合,调节精子的功能,参与动物有效生殖。迄今为止,雄性生殖系统β-防御素在人及鼠等物种的研究比较深入,但在其他哺乳动物的研究还很有限。本文结合已有的研究成果对β-防御素在哺乳动物雄性生殖系统的表达分布、参与哺乳动物有效生殖的方式和机制进行了综述,并对其应用前景做出展望。beta defensins(DB) are important antibacterial peptides in mammals,widely distribute in mucosal epithelial cells and neutrophils,and play an important role in innate and acquired immunity.Recently,beta defensin has been found to be widely expressed in the male reproductive system of mammals,where they could participate in the fight against microbial infection in the reproductive system,maintain stable environment in epithelium and epididymal cavity of epididymis by playing a bacteriostatic anti-inflammatory role They can combine with sperm,and regulate the function of sperm and participate in the effective reproduction of animals.Presently,the research on the male reproductive system is more thorough in species such as humans and muridae,but it is still very limited in other mammals.Based on the existing research results,this review sumarizes the expression distribution and mechanisms of beta defensin in the mammalian male reproductive system,and looks into the application prospects of beta defensins in the future.
