摘 要:高校图书馆应该具有培养大学生交互学习的使命和责任,将信息资源的集散中心进一步拓展为学生交互学习中心或平台。文章分析了大学生交互学习行为的影响因素,包括感知效果、学习动机和学习网络,并从感知有用性、感知易用性和感知激励提升大学生感知效果,适时介入提高综合素质、增强个人竞争力、求知与自我价值学习动机中,构建正式学习与非正式学习的关联式学习网络三方面提出促进大学生交互学习的途径。The university library should have the mission and responsibility of cultivating college students' interactive learning, and further expand into the student interactive learning center or platform from the distribution center of information resources. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of college students' interactive learning behavior, including perceived effect, learning motivation and learning network, and improving the perceived effectiveness of college students from perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived incentives; and timely intervention to improve comprehensive quality, enhance individual competitiveness, knowledge and self-worth learning motivation; three ways to promote interactive learning between college students and formal learning are put forward.
