优甲乐治疗妊娠期合并甲状腺功能减退症患者的疗效及对甲状腺功能和母婴结局的影响

摘　　要：目的观察优甲乐治疗妊娠期合并甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)患者的疗效,以及对甲状腺功能和母婴结局的影响。方法 200例妊娠期合并甲减患者随机分为两组各100例,对照组予以常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上给予优甲乐口服治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、甲状腺功能指标以及不良结局发生率。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的68.00%(P <0.05)。治疗后,研究组的TSH水平显著低于对照组, FT3、 FT4水平显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组的不良结局发生率为11.00%,显著低于对照组的30.00%(P <0.05)。结论优甲乐治疗妊娠期合并甲减可明显改善患者的甲状腺功能和母婴结局。Objective To observe the efficacy of euthyrox for the treatment of patients with gestational hypothyroidism, and the impact on the thyroid function and maternal / infant outcomes. Methods 200 cases of patients with gestational hypothyroidism were randomly divided into two groups, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received routine therapy, while the study group was treated with euthyrox by oral administration on the basis of routine therapy. The clinical curative effect, thyroid function indicators and incidence of adverse outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the study group was 95.00%, significantly higher than 68.00% of the control group （P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the level of FSH of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the levels of FT3 and FT4 were significantly higher than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse outcomes of the study group was 11.00%, significantly lower than 30.00% of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Euthyrox for the treatment of patients with gestational hypothyroidism can obviously improve patients＇ thyroid function and maternal / infant outcomes.
