基于6A护理管理模式的优质护理服务在体检中心的应用

摘　　要：目的评价基于6A护理管理模式的优质护理服务在体检中心的应用效果。方法筛选2015年3月至2016年12月我院体检中心体检者300例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与实验组各150例。对照组给予常规护理服务,实验组给予基于6A护理管理模式的优质护理服务,评价两种护理方式的应用效果。结果实验组的体检时间显著短于对照组,体检效率评分与体检可信度评分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。实验组的主动服务评分、交流沟通评分、服务礼仪评分及健康宣教评分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。实验组的总满意度为96.67%,显著高于对照组的72.67%(P <0.05)。结论在体检中心应用基于6A护理管理模式的优质护理服务可缩短体检时间,提高体检效率与体检者满意度,同时也可提高护理人员的服务质量。Objective To evaluate the application effect of quality nursing service based on 6A nursing management mode in physical examination center. Methods 300 cases of physical examiners in the physical examination center of our hospital from March 2015 to December 2016 were selected as study objects and were randomly divided into two groups, with 150 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing service, while the experimental group was given quality nursing service based on 6A nursing management mode. The application effects of two nursing methods were evaluated. Results The physical examination time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the score of physical examination efficiency and score of physical examination credibility were significantly higher than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The scores of active service, communication, service etiquette and health education of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The total satisfaction degree of the experimental group was 96.67%, significantly higher than 72.67% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Quality nursing service based on 6A nursing management mode in physical examination center can shorten physical examination time, improve physical examination efficiency and satisfaction degree of physical examiners, and improve the service quality of nursing staffat the same time.
