职业性三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎数据库构建及应用成果

摘　　要：[目的]根据三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎患者电子病历构建数据库,为该病的流行病学研究、病因分析、临床治疗及预后提供可靠的数据。[方法]通过查阅文献,了解三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎的研究方向,确定数据库的结构。收集和分析1988—2014年间广东省职业病防治院收治的所有新发职业性三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎患者的病历资料,并将其按照基本情况、临床表现、辅助检查、激素使用情况以及住院费5个部分进行归纳和整理,利用EpiData 3.1建立数据库。[结果]建立了一个包含基本情况、临床表现、辅助检查、激素使用情况、住院费5个板块,共196例患者的三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎数据库,并根据此数据库完成了三项科研项目和13篇论文。[结论]本数据库包含病例多且信息全面,数据完整,有科研价值,能为该病的流行病学调查、治疗方案的完善以及基于机器学习的预测等提供可靠的数据支持。[ Objective ]To establish a database of occupational medicamentosa-like dermatitis induced by trichloroethylene （OMDT） from patients＇ electronic medical records and provide reliable data for epideminlogical study, etiological analysis, clinical treatment, and prognosis. [ Methods ] The structure of the database was determined according to related literature and research interests in OMDT. Electronic medical records of all OMDT patients who were diagnosed and treated in Guangdong Province Hospital for Occupational Disease Prevention and Treatment from 1988 to 2014 were collected and transferred into EpiData 3.1 database in five sections （baseline, clinical manifestation, auxiliary examination, usage nf glucocorticoid, and hospital expense）. [ Results ] A database with a total of 196 OMDT patients was established, which consisted of five parts （baseline, clinical manifestation, auxiliary examination, usage of giucocorlicuid, and hospital expense）. Furthermore, three research projects and 13 research papers were completed based nn the database. [ Conclusion ] The established comprehensive OMDT database can provide reliable data support for epidemiological investigation of the disease, improvement of therapeutic regimens, and predieation of interest outcomes based on machine learning.
