摘　　要：本文讨论了电子商务平台服务保障标准化工作的意义,提出了电子商务平台服务保障体系,并围绕该体系对电子商务平台服务保障标准化的内容进行了讨论。This paper discusses the significance of standardization of service assurance, provides the e-commerce platform service assurance system, focusing on the content of the standardization of the service assurance of e-commerce platform around the system.
