摘　　要：高校图书馆是面向广大师生读者群提供信息、获取知识的资源基地,建立其服务标准与规范体系,更好地服务并满足高校师生及社会不同领域读者群的阅读需求。本文借助于知识网格理论及方法,探究高校图书馆的服务范畴、流程等内容,建议在高校图书馆联盟的组织框架下,构建具有高校图书馆团体标准属性的标准和规范体系。University library is a resource base for teachers and students to provide information and acquire knowledge and establish its service standards and standards system.Better serve and meet the reading needs of college students and students and readers in different fields of society.Based on knowledge grid theory and methods, this paper explores the service categories and processes of university libraries, and suggests that under the organization framework of the university library alliance,constructing standards and standards system with standards attribute of university library.
