摘 要:以罗丹明B为原料合成了荧光探针二[N,N'-双(罗丹明B)内酰胺-乙基]胺(FD1),用失重法和溶液分析法研究了其在T91钢早期腐蚀检测中的应用,并通过荧光显微镜考察了T91钢在3%(质量分数) NaCl溶液中的腐蚀形貌,采用电化学测试研究了FD1对T91钢的缓蚀作用。结果表明:FD1对Fe^(3+)有很高的荧光响应性和选择性,T91钢在含有FD1的3%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀质量损失与溶液荧光强度以及溶液中Fe^(3+)含量具有相关性;荧光显微镜可以检测到点蚀的发生;在3%NaCl溶液中,FD1对T91钢具有一定的缓蚀作用,FD1的加入可提高T91钢的耐蚀性。因此,FD1可以用于监测T91钢的早期腐蚀。Fluorescent probe of di-[N,N'-bis( rhodamine B) hydrazide-ethyl] amine( FD1) was synthesized using rhodamine B as raw material. The early corrosion detection of T91 steel by FD1 was investigated by weight loss and solution analysis methods. Fluorescent microscope was used to check the corrosion morphology of T91 steel,and electrochemical measurement was employed to study the corrosion inhibition of FD1 to T91 steel in 3%( mass) NaCl solution. The results show that FD1 had high fluorescent response and selectivity to Fe(3+)ion. The weight loss data of T91 steel had correlation with the fluorescence intensity and Fe(3+)concentration in 3% NaCl solution. The fluorescent microscope can detect the initiation of pitting. FD1 has corrosion inhibition to T91 steel in 3% NaCl solution,and can improve its corrosion resistance.FD1 can be used to detect the early corrosion of T91 steel.
