摘　　要：近年来,医患纠纷数量不断增加,医患关系紧张度持续不减,去年发生的榆林市孕妇跳楼事件再一次将医患纠纷的热度推向了一个高峰,案件的焦点聚集在了患者自主决定权的保护上。通过对患者自主决定权的论述,结合相关法律规范,分析患者行使自主决定权存在的问题,具体说明在实际情况中应当如何保障患者的自主决定权,以及如何正确处理患者自主决定权与相关权利的关系。In recent years, the number of disputes among doctors and patients has continuously increased, and the tension between doctors and patients continues unabated. The jump of pregnant women in Yulin City last year pushed the heat of doctor-patient disputes to a peak, and the focus of the case was on the patient＇s discretion. Through the discussion of patients＇ right to make decisions independently and in conjunction with relevant laws and regulations, this paper analyzed the problems existing in the exercise of autonomy by patients, and specifically explained how to ensure the patient＇s right to make decisions and how to correctly handle patient＇s decision-making power and related issues in actual situations, esoeciallv thehe relationship of rights.
