摘　　要：板形和表面质量是高强钢带钢的重要质量指标。为了提高高强钢带钢的板形质量,更好地满足用户需求,针对高强钢带钢存在的板形问题,建立了一套针对高强钢带钢平整机的辊型曲线及工艺参数优化数学模型,开发了高强钢带钢专用平整工艺及配套的平整机辊型曲线,实现了屈服强度高达690MPa带钢的平整。The shape and surface quality are important quality indexes of high strength steel.According to the shape problem of high strength steel plate that produced by Xichang Steel and Vanadium Co.,Ltd.,a skin passing technology and roll counter model were developed for high strength strip.Based on it,the high strength strip of yield strength near to 600 MPa was successfully tempered.
