摘  要:研究了不同成分体系含P高强IF钢在罩式退火条件下的析出物、组织与性能差异。结果表明,微合金元素Nb和Ti是影响试验钢析出物、组织和性能的关键因素。添加Ti的Ti-HIF和Nb+Ti-HIF两种成分体系的试验钢FeTiP析出物数量多,r值较差;添加Nb可以细化钢板组织,使钢板析出强化、细晶强化、固溶强化效果更显著,有利于提高抗拉强度;Nb-HIF成分体系试验钢性能最优,适合罩式退火工艺条件下生产。The precipitation,microstructure and property of high strength IF steels with phosphorus of various chemical compositions by batch annealing process were studied.The results indicate that the micro-alloy elements of Nb and Ti are the key factors influenced the precipitation,microstructure and property of tested steel,more precipitation of FeTiP occurred on the tested steels of Ti-HIF and Nb+Ti-HIF chemistry with poor r value.The addition of Nb may refine the steel microstructure to significantly enhance the effectiveness of precipitation hardening,fine-grain strengthening and solution strengthening,in favoring of improving the tensile strength of steel.The optimal property with Nb-HIF chemistry can be achieved by batch annealing process.
