摘 要:针对球墨铸钢轧辊在使用过程中出现的开裂失效问题,从材料化学成分、组织方面对开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:材料化学成分及热处理工艺参数控制不当导致的组织异常是轧辊开裂的主要原因,材料化学成分中C、Si、Mn质量分数分别为1.40%、1.50%、0.70%,热处理温度为950℃的试棒组织和性能最佳,抗拉强度和伸长率分别为989 MPa和2.0%,对应轧辊的使用寿命最长。In view of the cracking problem of the spherical graphite steel roll during its using process,the causes of failure from the aspects of composition and microstructure were analyzed.The roll cracking is mainly due to structure abnormity caused by improper of composition and heat treatment control,which can be concluded from the research findings of this article.When the mass fraction of C,Si and Mn are 1.40%,1.50%and 0.70%respectively,and the heat treatment temperature is 950℃,the best microstructure and mechanical properties of spherical graphite steel can be obtained.The tensile strength and elongation can be reached 989 MPa and 2.0%,and the service life of roll is the longest.
