钢骨空间钢构架混凝土柱轴压性能有限元分析

摘  要:为了改善空间钢构架混凝土短柱的轴压性能,提出一种新型的钢骨-混凝土组合柱——内埋型钢空间钢构架混凝土柱。为了进一步探索这种组合柱的轴压性能,在试验研究的基础上,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了内埋型钢空间钢构架混凝土短柱的非线性有限元模型,有限元模拟值与试验值吻合较好。以空间钢构架角钢肢长、缀条间距、内埋型钢配骨率等为参数,进行了9个试件的非线性有限元模拟分析。分析表明:空间钢构架混凝土的约束影响系数和内埋型钢的配骨指标是影响内埋型钢空间钢构架混凝土柱的轴压性能的主要因素,且其轴压承载力随约束影响系数和配骨指标大致呈线性增大。In order to improve the axially compressive behavior of spatial steel frame concrete column, a new type of steel-concrete composite column is proposed, namely steel reinforced spatial steel frame concrete column. To further explore the axially compressive behavior of the composite column, a nonlinear finite element analysis model of the steel reinforced spatial steel frame concrete column is established by using ABAQUS finite element software based on the experimental study. It shows that the finite element analysis values are consistent with the experimental values. The nonlinear finite element analysis of 9 specimens are carried out based on the parameters of angle steel limb length, lacing bar spacing of spatial steel frame, reinforced rate of embedded steel and so on. The analysis results show that the restraint influence coefficient of concrete of spatial steel frame and the steel embedded index are the major influencing factors of the axially compressive behavior of the reinforced steel spatial steel frame concrete column, and the axially compressive bearing capacity of the reinforced steel spatial steel frame concrete column increases roughly linearly with the constraint influence coefficient and the steel embedded index.
