摘　　要：目的:观察瑶药陶瓷包熨烫与手法配合针刀综合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:将80例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组在瑶药陶瓷包熨烫后予以推拿手法配合针刀治疗,对照组仅采用瑶药陶瓷包熨烫及推拿手法,治疗15天后观察两组临床疗效及HSS评分改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.50%,显著高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05);治疗组HSS评分改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:瑶药陶瓷包熨烫与手法配合针刀治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著。Objective： To observe the efficacy of ceramic package ironing with Yao medicine and manipulation combined with acupotomy in treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 80 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）, the treatment group treated with manipulation maneuver and acupotomy after ceramic package ironing with Yao medicine, while control group only treated with ceramic package ironing and manipulation maneuver, observed the efficacy and improvement of HSS score of the two groups after 15 days of treatment. Results： The overall response rate of treatment group was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than 77.50%that of control group（P〈0.05）; the improvement of HSS score of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Con Conclusion： Ceramic package ironing with Yao medicine and manipulation combined with acupotomy has significant curative effect on knee osteoarthritis.
