摘 要:目的通过对深圳市某磁共振成像系统制造企业职业危害调查,识别和评价其职业病危害因素和危害程度,并提出对应的防控措施。方法采用职业卫生调查、现场检测和实验室检测相结合的方法收集数据和资料,并结合职业病防护设施、个人职业病防护水平和定量分析结果,对作业人员职业病危害因素接触水平及职业健康影响进行评价。结果该磁共振成像系统制造企业主要职业病危害因素为化学毒物、矽尘、电焊烟尘、其他粉尘和噪声,除丙酮和矽尘浓度超出国家职业接触限值要求外,其余危害因素均符合相应要求;其中丙酮和矽尘分别设4个和1个检测点,合格率分别为75%和0。结论该磁共振成像系统制造企业丙酮和矽尘浓度超标,超标岗位应采取密闭和降尘等工程防护措施,同时加强个人防护用品配备,控制职业病危害因素浓度。[Objective] Based on the investigation on the occupational hazards of a magnetic resonance imagi ng system manufacturing enterprise in Shenzhen City,to identify and evaluate the occupational hazards and the degree of harm,and put forward the corresponding prevention and control measures.[Methods]The combination of occupational health surveys,field tests a nd laboratory tests was used to collect data. The exposure level of occupational hazards and occupational health impact of workers were evaluated by combining occupational disease protection facilities,personal occupational disease protection level and quantitative analysis results.[Results]The main occupational hazards in the magnetic resonance imaging system manufacturing enterprise were chemical poison,silica dust,welding dust,other dust and noise. Except the concentrations of acetone and silica dust exceeded the national occupational exposure limits,the concentrations of other hazard factors were in accordance with the corresponding requirements. In four detection points of acetone and one detection point of silica dust,the qualified rate was 75% and 0 respectively.[Conclusion]The concentrations of acetone and silica dust in the magnetic resonance imaging system manufacturing enterprise exceed the national occupational exposure limits. It is necessary to adopt the engineering protection measures such as airtight and dustfall. At the same time,it is important to strengthen personal protective equipment and control the concentration of occupational hazards.
